छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले आफ्नो १ लाख कित्ता संस्थापक समूहको सेयर लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। यस लिलामीमा संस्थाका संस्थापक सेयरधनीसँगै अन्य जोकोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी तथा संघसंस्थाले पनि खरिद आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
सेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता ४४५ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले बोलपत्र पेस गर्दा सो न्यूनतम मूल्य वा सोभन्दा बढी दर प्रस्ताव गर्नुपर्नेछ। साथै, आवेदन गर्दा न्यूनतम १ हजार कित्ता सेयर खरिदका लागि अनिवार्य रूपमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ भने अधिकतममा सम्पूर्ण उपलब्ध कित्ताका लागि प्रस्ताव गर्न सकिनेछ।
लगानीकर्ताले भदौ ६ गतेसम्म काठमाडौंको थापाथलीस्थित एनआईसी एसिया क्यापिटलमा बोलपत्र पेस गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has put 100,000 units of its promoter group shares up for sale through an auction. The auction is open not only to existing promoter shareholders but also to any individual, company, or organization interested in purchasing.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 445 per share. Interested bidders must quote at least the minimum price or higher. Applications must be for a minimum of 1,000 shares, while the maximum can be for the entire lot available.
Bidders can submit their applications until August 22 at NIC Asia Capital, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
