छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्ना संस्थापक शेयरहरू बिक्रीको घोषणा गरेको छ। संस्थाले कुल १ लाख ९७ कित्ता शेयर बिक्रीका लागि उपलब्ध गराएको छ।
यो शेयर खरिदको अवसर हाललाई लघुवित्तका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि मात्र सीमित राखिएको छ। प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य ४०० रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ।
शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आवश्यक कागजातसहित ३५ दिनभित्र आफूले लिन चाहेको शेयर सङ्ख्या उल्लेख गरी मध्यबानेश्वर, काठमाडौंस्थित लघुवित्तको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा आवेदन पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ।
यदि तोकिएको अवधिमा विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूबाट कुनै आवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा, ती शेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थाहरूलाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया सुरु गरिने लघुवित्तले जानकारी दिएको छ।
Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of its founder shares. The microfinance institution has made a total of 100,097 shares available for purchase.
For now, only the existing founder shareholders of the institution are eligible to apply for these shares. The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 400.
Interested founder shareholders must submit their applications, along with the required documents and details of the number of shares they wish to purchase, to the central office of Chhimek Laghubitta in Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu within 35 days.
The institution has also stated that if no applications are received from existing founders within the specified period, the process to sell these shares to other individuals or entities will be initiated.
