छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्ना विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि १ लाख ३३ हजार ९७१ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। कम्पनीले यो शेयर केवल हालका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई मात्र खरीद गर्न अनुमति दिएको छ।
लघुवित्तले प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य ३९० रुपैयाँ तोकेको छ। इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले ३५ दिनभित्र आफुले कति कित्ता शेयर कति मूल्यमा खरीद गर्ने भन्ने विवरणसहितको निवेदन संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, मध्यबानेश्वर, काठमाडौंमा पेश गर्नु पर्नेछ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार यदि तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आवेदन नदिएमा बाँकी शेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गरिनेछ।
यो प्रस्तावले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई स्वामित्व विस्तार गर्ने अवसर दिनुका साथै संस्थाको पूँजी संरचना थप सुदृढ बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of 133,971 units of promoter shares, exclusively available to its existing promoter shareholders.
The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 390. Interested existing promoters must submit a formal application specifying the quantity and price they wish to purchase at, within 35 days from the announcement. Applications must be submitted to the company’s central office in Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The company has also stated that if no applications are received from the current promoter shareholders within the given time frame, the shares may be sold to other individuals or institutions.
This move is aimed at strengthening the ownership structure of the company and offering current promoters a chance to increase their stake in Chhimek Laghubitta.
