छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले संस्थापक सेयरधनी सुनिल कुमार रायको नाममा रहेको २३ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले मंगलबार सूचना जारी गर्दै सो सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खरीद खुला गरिएको जनाएको हो।
कम्पनीले उक्त सेयर प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य रु. ३९० तोकेर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। यसअघि कम्पनीका विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई सेयर खरीदका लागि आह्वान गरिएको थियो। तर निर्धारित समयसीमाभित्र कुनै आवेदन नआएपछि अब सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले खरीद गर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको हो।
इच्छुक खरीदकर्ताले १५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात सहित काठमाडौं, मध्यबानेश्वरस्थित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। कम्पनीका अनुसार निर्धारित समयभित्र निवेदन दिने खरीदकर्तामध्ये उचित मूल्य प्रस्ताव गर्ने पक्षलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ।
Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of 23,000 units of promoter shares held in the name of promoter shareholder Sunil Kumar Rai. The institution issued a notice stating that the shares have now been opened for purchase by the general public.
The company has set a minimum selling price of Rs. 390 per share. Earlier, the offer was made to existing promoter shareholders, but as no applications were received within the given timeframe, the shares have now been made available to all interested buyers.
Prospective purchasers are required to submit their applications along with the necessary documents within 15 days to the company’s central office located in Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The company stated that among the applicants, priority will be given to those who propose appropriate and competitive prices.
