छ्याङ्दी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आफ्नो संचालक समितिमा नयाँ संचालक नियुक्त गरेको छ। कम्पनीको मिति २०८१/१२/१९ मा बसेको संचालक समितिको १०९औं बैठकले काठमाडौं जिल्ला, महानगरपालिका, वडा नं. १४ निवासी श्री सूर्य नारायण मालाकारलाई संचालक पदमा नियुक्त गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार संचालक समितिमा एक संचालक पद रिक्त रहेकोमा सो पदपूर्तिका लागि मालाकारलाई नियुक्त गरिएको छ। यस सम्बन्धमा नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेडलाई जानकारी गराउँदै कम्पनीले औपचारिक पत्राचार गरेको छ।
Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited has appointed a new director to its board. The decision was made during the 109th meeting of the company’s board of directors, held on 2081/12/19 (Nepali calendar), to appoint Mr. Surya Narayan Malakar, a resident of Kathmandu District, Metropolitan City, Ward No. 14, as a director.
The company stated that the appointment was made to fill a vacant director position on the board. Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited has formally informed the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited regarding this appointment.
