छ्याङ्दी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले निष्कासन गरेको शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने म्याद थप गरिएको छ। यसअघि जेठ २३ गतेदेखि खुला गरिएको हकप्रद शेयरको निष्कासन आज बन्द गर्ने भनिए पनि पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि कम्पनीले समय थप गर्दै अब असार २७ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरेको छ।
कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त स्वीकृतिअनुसार १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरिरहेको छ। यसअनुसार प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरले कुल ३८ लाख ९ हजार ७७५ कित्ता शेयर जारी गरिएको हो, जसबाट कम्पनीले ३८ करोड ६९ लाख ७७ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँ संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासनका लागि कम्पनीले जेठ २ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यसैले, जेठ १ गतेसम्म कम्पनीको शेयरधनी रहेको व्यक्ति मात्र यसमा आवेदन दिन योग्य छन्।
Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited has extended the application deadline for its 100% rights share issue. Initially set to close today, the deadline has been extended to Asar 27 after the company did not receive sufficient applications.
As per the approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company is issuing rights shares at a 1:1 ratio. A total of 3,809,775 units are being issued at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, through which the company aims to raise Rs. 380,977,500.
For this rights offering, the company had announced a book closure on Jestha 2. Only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 1 are eligible to apply for the rights shares.
