चिलिमे हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (CHCL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १२ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो, जसअनुसार ८ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र करसहित ४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ। पुस ८ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त दरमा लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले पुस ३० गते वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले पुस १७ गते एक दिनका लागि बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यसअनुसार पुस १६ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरूले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन तथा घोषित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has announced dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 12 percent of its paid-up capital, which includes 8 percent bonus shares and 4 percent cash dividend inclusive of tax. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Poush 8. To approve the proposed dividend, the company has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30. For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has declared book closure for one day on Poush 17. Accordingly, shareholders who maintain their shareholding until Poush 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
