CHL छ्याङ्दी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले जेठ २३ गतेदेखि आफ्नो शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त स्वीकृति अनुसार १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो।
यस योजनाअनुसार, कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँका दरले ३८ लाख ९ हजार ७७५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्दैछ। यसबाट कम्पनीले कुल ३८ करोड ६९ लाख ७७ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँ बराबरको पुँजी संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासनको लागि कम्पनीले जेठ २ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यसैले जेठ १ गतेसम्म नाममा शेयर कायम रहेका लगानीकर्ताहरू मात्र आवेदन दिन योग्य हुनेछन्।
यस हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद असार १२ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ।
कम्पनीको धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहनेछ।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासनमार्फत छ्याङ्दी हाइड्रोपावरले आफ्नो परियोजना विस्तार तथा वित्तीय सुदृढीकरणको लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
CHL Chyangdi Hydropower Limited is set to issue 100% right shares starting from Jestha 23, 2082 (June 5, 2025). The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue the shares at a 1:1 ratio, meaning shareholders will be entitled to one new share for every existing share they hold.
Under this offering, the company will issue a total of 3,809,775 right shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share, aiming to raise NPR 380,977,500 in total.
For the purpose of this right share issuance, the company had set its book closure date on Jestha 2. Only those shareholders who held shares until Jestha 1 are eligible to apply for the rights offering.
The application window for the right shares will remain open until Ashad 12, 2082 (June 26, 2025).
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for this right share offering.
Through this rights issue, Chyangdi Hydropower aims to strengthen its capital base and fund future expansion projects.
