नागरिक लगानी कोष (सीआईटी) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफामा शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्न बोनस शेयर घोषणा गरेको छ।
कोषले यस वर्षको कुल १४.७३६८ प्रतिशतको लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। यस वितरणमा १४ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.७३६८ प्रतिशत कर प्रयोजनार्थ नगद लाभांश रहेको छ।
आशावादी रूपमा, यो वितरणको निर्णय जेठ ३२ को बैठकमा लिएको हो।
नेपाल सरकारको अर्थमन्त्रालयबाट सहमति प्राप्त भएपछि, यस लाभांशको वितरण आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभामा गरिनेछ।
The Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has announced the distribution of bonus shares to shareholders based on last year's profits.
The trust has announced that it will distribute a total of 14.7368% of profits this year. This distribution will include 14% bonus shares and 0.7368% cash dividend.
The decision for this distribution was approved in the board meeting held on June 32.
After receiving approval from the Ministry of Finance, the distribution of this dividend will take place in the upcoming annual general meeting.
