Citizen Investment Trust Announces 5% Bonus Shares and 8% Cash Dividend

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has announced dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year. The Trust has decided to distribute a 5 percent bonus share along with an 8 percent cash dividend, including tax purposes, based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was approved during the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Poush 6.

The declared dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal, and passing the proposal at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), according to the Trust.
