Citizen Life Insurance (CLI) has announced a 20% cash dividend (tax included) to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was approved during the board meeting held on December 9 (Mangsir 24). The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company stated that the dividend reflects its consistent financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns.
