सिटिजन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड लाई प्रतिष्ठित ‘६औँ इमर्जिङ एसिया इन्स्योरेन्स अवार्ड्स २०२५’ अन्तर्गत ‘बेस्ट लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी अफ द इयर–नेपाल’ अवार्ड प्रदान गरिएको छ । उक्त सम्मान थाइल्यान्डको बैंककमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा घोषणा गरिएको हो ।
इन्डियन च्याम्बर अफ कमर्स द्वारा आयोजित समारोहमा सिटिजन लाइफलाई नेपालबाट उत्कृष्ट जीवन बीमा कम्पनीका रूपमा छनोट गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ । कम्पनीले प्राप्त गरेको ट्रफी तथा प्रमाणपत्र हाल केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा ग्रहण गरिएको छ ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार यो सम्मानले सिटिजन लाइफको वित्तीय सुदृढता, ग्राहक सेवाको गुणस्तर, डिजिटल प्रविधिको प्रभावकारी प्रयोग तथा जीवन बीमाको पहुँच विस्तारमा खेलेको भूमिकालाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा पुनः स्थापित गरेको छ । पछिल्ला वर्षहरूमा कम्पनीले प्रविधिमैत्री सेवा विस्तार र बीमा पहुँच बढाउन विभिन्न पहल गर्दै आएको छ ।

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has been honored with the prestigious “Best Life Insurance Company of the Year – Nepal” award under the 6th Emerging Asia Insurance Awards 2025. The award was announced during a grand ceremony held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event was organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce, which recognized Citizen Life as Nepal’s leading life insurance company for this year. The company stated that the official trophy and certificate have already been received at its head office.
According to the company, the award reflects its strong financial position, quality customer service, effective use of digital technology, and contribution toward expanding access to life insurance services in Nepal. In recent years, the company has focused on technology-driven services and broader insurance outreach across the country.
Following the recognition, the company’s Chief Executive Officer said the achievement was the result of collective efforts across the organization. He credited customers’ trust, along with the dedication of agents and employees, for making the accomplishment possible. The company also expressed its commitment to making its services more secure, reliable, modern, and technology-friendly in the coming years.
