सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लिमिटेडका हितग्राहीहरूलाई डिम्याट (हितग्राही) खाता नवीकरण गर्ने सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना

यस निक्षेप सदस्यमा डिम्याट (हितग्राही) खाता भएका सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुले आ. व. २०८२/८३ सम्मको डिम्याट खाता संचालन गरे वापत वार्षिक शुल्क प्रत्येक आ. व. रु १००/- (अक्षरेपी रु एक सय मात्र) भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था अनुसार उक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी गर्न बाँकी रहेका हितग्राहीहरुलाई यही २०८३ आषाढ मसान्त भित्र उक्त सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लि. को कुनै पनि शाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरी भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ। साथै मेरो शेयर प्रोफाइलमा गई विभिन्न विद्युतीय भुक्तानी माध्यम मार्फत समेत सो शुल्क बुझाउन मिल्ने व्यवस्था भएको हुँदा सो मार्फत भुक्तानी गरिदिनु हुन समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
सो शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेको अवस्थामा डिम्याट खाताहरु उक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेसम्मको लागि रोक्का रहने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना द्वारा सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई जानकारी गराईन्छ।
साथै, मेरोशेयर सुविधा उपभोग गरिरहेका हितग्राहीहरुलाई वार्षिक शुल्क रु ५०/- (अक्षरेपी रु पचास मात्र) भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था अनुसार सो सेवा अवरुद्ध हुनु अगावै उक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ। उपरोक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी नभई डिम्याट खाता/मेरो शेयर रोक्का भएमा यस बैंक जवाफदेही हुने छैन।
पुनश्चः आस्बा (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) सेवा अन्तर्गत यस बैंकका सबै शाखा कार्यालयहरुबाट दरखास्त लिने व्यवस्था सहित खाता नभएका लगानीकर्ताहरुलाई पनि सरलतापूर्वक खाता खोल्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।

Citizens Bank International Limited - Extremely Urgent Notice regarding Demat (Beneficiary) Account Renewal for Beneficiaries

All beneficiaries who have Demat (beneficiary) accounts with this depository participant are requested to pay the annual fee of रु १००/- (in words, One Hundred Rupees only) for operating Demat accounts up to fiscal year २०८२/८३. Beneficiaries who have outstanding fees are requested to contact any branch office of Citizens Bank International Ltd. and make the payment by the end of Ashadh २०८३. Additionally, arrangements have been made to pay the fee through various electronic payment methods by visiting the MeroShare profile, and we request you to make the payment through that as well.
It is also informed through this notice to all beneficiaries that in case of non-payment of the said fee, Demat accounts will remain frozen until the fee is paid.
Furthermore, beneficiaries utilizing MeroShare service are required to pay an annual fee of रु ५०/- (in words, Fifty Rupees only). It is informed through this notice to pay this fee before the service is interrupted. This bank will not be responsible if the Demat account/MeroShare is frozen due to non-payment of the above-mentioned fee.
Additionally: Under the ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) service, arrangements have been made for all branch offices of this bank to accept applications and for investors who do not have an account to easily open one.
