सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) प्रयोजनका लागि शेयर दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द हुने मिति सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। बैंकले प्रकाशित सूचनाअनुसार, साधारण सभा २०७२ साल कात्तिक १९ गते (सोमबार) बस्ने भएकाले सो प्रयोजनका लागि कात्तिक ७ गतेदेखि कात्तिक १९ गतेसम्म शेयर दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द रहनेछ।
यस अवधिमा शेयर हस्तान्तरण (नामसारी) गर्न पाइने छैन। कात्तिक ६ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरू मात्र आगामी साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
सिटिजन्स बैंकले हालै आफ्नो १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको हो, जसमा बैंकको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वित्तीय विवरण, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, लाभांश प्रस्ताव, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन स्वीकृति, नयाँ लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा अन्य नीति–निर्णय सम्बन्धी प्रस्तावहरू पारित गरिनेछन्।
Citizens Bank International Limited has announced the book closure date for its upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM). According to the public notice, the AGM is scheduled to be held on 19th Kartik, 2082 (Monday).
For the purpose of the AGM, the share register book will remain closed from 7th Kartik to 19th Kartik, 2082. During this period, no share transfers (ownership changes) will be accepted. Therefore, only those shareholders who have shares registered in their names before 6th Kartik, 2082 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend (if approved).
The upcoming 19th AGM will include discussions and approvals related to the financial statements of FY 2081/82, the auditor’s report, the dividend proposal, appointment of an auditor for the next fiscal year, and other strategic resolutions.
