काठमाडौं । सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडले संस्थापक शेयरधनीको नाममा रहेका संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। यस पटकको संस्थापक शेयरमा सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले समेत आवेदन दिन सक्ने भएका छन्।
अरुण भगतको नाममा रहेको ५० हजार कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता ११६ रुपैयाँ मा बिक्रीमा ल्याइएको छ भने यदुनाथ घिमिरेको नाममा रहेको ५४ हजार ८११.५७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता १२० रुपैयाँ मा बिक्रीमा ल्याइएको हो।
आवेदकले यी दुवै संस्थापक शेयरमा तोकिएको न्यूनतम मूल्य वा सोभन्दा बढी मूल्य तोकेर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियामार्फत आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
बिक्रीमा ल्याइएका शेयरमध्ये घिमिरेको नाममा रहेका शेयरमा ३५ दिनभित्र र भगतको नाममा रहेका शेयरमा ७ दिनभित्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। इच्छुकले आवेदन नारायणहिटीस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा दिनुपर्ने बैंकले जनाएको छ।

A total of 50,000 Promoter Share under the name of Arun Bhagat have been offered at a minimum price of Rs. 116 per share, while 54,811.57 founder shares under the name of Yadunath Ghimire are up for sale at a minimum price of Rs. 120 per share.
Applicants must bid either at the minimum set price or higher through an auction process.
Interested investors must apply within 7 days for Bhagat’s shares and within 35 days for Ghimire’s shares. Applications should be submitted at the bank’s central office in Narayanhiti, Kathmandu.
