सिटी होटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १ः०.८० अनुपातमा जारी गरेको हकप्रद सेयर बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ। कम्पनीले २०७९ साल साउन २६ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरूका लागि निष्काशन गरेको १ करोड ३३ लाख ९२ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद साधारण सेयर मिति २०७९ साल कार्तिक ११ गते बाँडफाँड गरेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, जारी पूँजी रु. १ अर्ब ६७ करोड ४० लाख बराबरको हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्दा ४९ हजार १८५ जना सेयरधनीहरूले रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिएका थिए। तीमध्ये योग्य आवेदकहरूलाई १ करोड १२ लाख ४१ हजार ५८२ कित्ता सेयर बाँडफाँड गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यससँगै, आफनो हकभन्दा बढी सेयरका लागि आवेदन दिएका लगानीकर्ताहरूको बाँडफाँडमा नपरेको रकम कार्तिक १२ गतेदेखि सम्बन्धित बैंक खातामा IPS प्रणालीमार्फत फिर्ता गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ। लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई आफ्नो खातामा रकम फिर्ता भएको/नभएको एकिन गर्न पनि सूचित गरिएको छ।
यस हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको काम प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड (Prabhu Capital Ltd.), प्रभु बैंक लिमिटेडको सहायक कम्पनीले गरेको हो।
सिटी होटल लिमिटेडले हाल सोल्टीमोड, काठमाडौंमा अवस्थित सिटी एक्सप्रेस होटल सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ र पछिल्ला वर्षहरूमा होटल व्यवसाय विस्तारका लागि थप लगानी बढाउँदै आएको छ।
City Hotel Limited has successfully completed the allotment of its right shares in a 1:0.80 ratio to its shareholders. The company allotted 13,392,000 units of ordinary right shares to eligible shareholders on 11th Kartik, 2082.
According to the company, the right shares were issued for shareholders registered up to 26th Shrawan, 2082, based on the company’s existing paid-up capital of Rs. 1.67 billion. A total of 49,185 shareholders had applied for the issue, and 11,241,582 units of right shares were allotted to the valid applicants.
The company has also arranged to refund the excess application amounts to investors who applied for more shares than their entitlement. The refunds will be processed through the Interbank Payment System (IPS) and credited to the respective bank accounts starting Wednesday, 12th Kartik, 2082. Investors have been advised to verify the credited amount in their bank accounts.
The issue and sales management of the right shares was handled by Prabhu Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Prabhu Bank Limited.
City Hotel Limited, located in Soltimode, Kathmandu, operates the City Express Hotel and has been expanding its investment in the hospitality sector in recent years.
