सिटी होटल लिमिटेडको ८०% हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन सुरु, असोज १२ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेCity Hotel Limited Opens 80% Rights Share Issue, Applications Open Until September 28
सिटी होटल लिमिटेडले आजदेखि (भदौ २३ गते) आफ्ना विद्यमान सेयरधनीहरूलाई लक्षित गर्दै ८० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको छ।
कम्पनीले हाल कायम १० कित्ता सेयर बराबर नयाँ ८ कित्ता अनुपातमा हकप्रद निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। यसअनुसार कम्पनीले प्रतिशेयर अंकित मूल्य रू. १०० दरका १ करोड ३३ लाख ९२ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्नेछ, जसको कुल मूल्य रू. १ अर्ब ३३ करोड ९२ लाख रहनेछ।
यस प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले साउन २७ गते बुकक्लोज गरेको थियो। तदनुसार, साउन २६ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भइ कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरूले आवेदन दिन पाउनेछन्। हकप्रद निष्कासनमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम मिति असोज १२ गते तोकिएको छ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासन प्रयोजनका लागि गराएको रेटिङ्गमा केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले कम्पनीलाई CARENP Double B Minus Issuer Rating प्रदान गरेको छ। यसले कम्पनीको वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम स्तरको जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ।
कम्पनीको हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। लगानीकर्ताले प्रभु क्यापिटलसँगै प्रभु बैंकका इलाम, जाउलाखेल, वीरगञ्ज, पोखरा, बुटवल, सुर्खेत र धनगढी शाखाबाट आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
यसका अतिरिक्त, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट इजाजत प्राप्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामार्फत C-ASBA प्रणाली प्रयोग गरी तथा मेरो शेयर अनलाइन मार्फत पनि सजिलै आवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
सिटी होटल लिमिटेडले तोकिएको अवधिभित्र हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिन सम्पूर्ण सेयरधनीलाई आग्रह गरेको छ।
City Hotel Limited has opened the issuance and sale of its 80 percent rights shares starting today (Bhadra 23, 2082).
The company is offering rights shares in the ratio of 8 new shares for every 10 existing shares held, equivalent to 13,392,000 units of rights shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. The total issue amounts to Rs. 1.3392 billion.
For the purpose of the rights issue, the company had announced a book closure on 27 Shrawan 2082. Accordingly, shareholders who were listed in NEPSE trading records by 26 Shrawan 2082 are eligible to apply. The deadline for applications is set for 12 Ashwin 2082 (September 28, 2025).
For this rights issuance, Care Ratings Nepal has assigned the company a rating of CARENP Double B Minus Issuer Rating, indicating a moderate degree of risk regarding timely fulfillment of financial obligations.
The rights issue is being managed by Prabhu Capital Limited. Investors can apply through Prabhu Capital as well as at designated branches of Prabhu Bank in Ilam, Jawalakhel, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.
Additionally, applications can also be submitted through the C-ASBA system at banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), or online via the Mero Share portal developed by CDS and Clearing Limited.
City Hotel Limited has urged all eligible shareholders to apply within the stipulated timeframe.
