कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयको सूचना प्रविधि प्रणाली (क्यामिस) सर्भर डाउन भएपछि गत शुक्रबारदेखि कार्यालयबाट प्रदान हुने सबै प्रकारका सेवा पूर्ण रूपमा अवरुद्ध भएका छन्। एक्कासी उत्पन्न भएको प्राविधिक समस्याका कारण अनलाइनमार्फत सञ्चालन हुँदै आएको कम्पनी दर्तादेखि अद्यावधिक तथा खारेजीसम्बन्धी सबै प्रक्रिया रोकिएको कार्यालयले जनाएको छ।
चालू आर्थिक वर्षदेखि कम्पनीसम्बन्धी सबै कार्य भौतिक उपस्थितिविना क्यामिस प्रणालीमार्फत गर्दै आएको कार्यालयले सर्भर बिग्रँदा सेवा प्रवाहमा व्यापक समस्या उत्पन्न भएको जानकारी दिएको छ। समस्या समाधान नभएसम्म सेवा सूचारु नहुने बताइएको छ।
The Company Registrar’s Office has halted all services since last Friday after its information technology system (CAMIS) experienced a sudden server failure. Due to the unexpected technical issue, all online services—including company registration, updates, and company dissolution—have been completely disrupted, the office stated.
Since the beginning of the current fiscal year, the office had been providing all company-related services through the CAMIS system without requiring physical presence. However, with the server down, the entire service delivery process has come to a standstill. The office has said services will resume only after the technical issue is resolved.
