क्रेस्ट माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) मा भोलि सम्म मात्र आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। कम्पनीले फागुन २२ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँमा १८ लाख ४५ हजार कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन गरेको हो। आवेदन दिँदा न्युनतम १० देखि अधिकतम १०,००० कित्तासम्म माग गर्न सकिनेछ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले कुल २२ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता सेयर निष्कासनको अनुमति दिएको थियो।
यस आईपीओमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीलाई २ लाख २५ हजार, कर्मचारीलाई ६७,५०० र सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई १ लाख १२,५०० कित्ता छुट्याइएको छ। सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनआइएमबि एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Crest Micro Life Insurance will accept applications only until tomorrow, March 10, 2025 . The company has been offering 1.845 million shares to the public at NPR 100 per share since February 22, 2025 (Fagun 22). Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. The Nepal Securities Board had permitted the issuance of 2.25 million shares in total.
Of the total shares, 225,000 are reserved for Nepalis in foreign employment, 67,500 for company employees, and 112,500 for mutual funds. NIMB Ace Capital Limited is managing the issuance and sale of the shares.
