चालु आर्थिक वर्ष : १५ खर्ब ३० अर्ब १५ करोड मात्रै बजेट खर्च हुने Current financial year: Only 15 trillion 30 billion 15 million will be spent in the budget
सरकारले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ मा १५ खर्ब ३० अर्ब १५ करोड मात्रै बजेट खर्च हुने संशोधित अनुमान गरेको छ। अर्थमन्त्री वर्षमान पुनले मंगलबार संघीय संसदको संयुक्त सदनमा आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्दै चालु वर्षको बजेट खर्चको संशोधित अनुमान सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्।
अर्थमन्त्री पुनका अनुसार, चालु खर्चतर्फ १० खर्ब ६७ अर्ब ४९ करोड, पूँजीगत खर्चतर्फ २ खर्ब १५ अर्ब ३० करोड, र वित्तीय व्यवस्थातर्फ २ खर्ब ४७ अर्ब ५५ करोड खर्च हुने संशोधित अनुमान गरिएको छ।
उक्त विनियोजनको स्रोतमा राजस्वबाट १२ खर्ब ५३ अर्ब ५२ करोड, अनुदानबाट ३४ अर्ब ३४ करोड, वाह्य ऋणबाट १ खर्ब ४५ अर्ब ४४ करोड, र आन्तरिक ऋणबाट २ खर्ब ४० अर्ब उठाइने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
अर्थमन्त्री पुनले प्रस्तुत गरेको बजेटले देशको आर्थिक अवस्था र विकासका आवश्यकताहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्ने उद्देश्य राखेको छ। आगामी आर्थिक वर्षको बजेटले शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पूर्वाधार विकास, र कृषिमा विशेष प्राथमिकता दिँदै देशको समग्र विकासमा योगदान पुर्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
यस बजेटले आर्थिक वृद्धिलाई तीव्र पार्ने र जनताको जीवनस्तर सुधार गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। बजेटको संशोधित अनुमानले चालु वर्षमा बजेटको कार्यान्वयनमा हुने प्रगतिलाई प्रतिबिम्बित गर्दछ।
The government has revised its budget estimate for the current fiscal year 2080/81 to an expenditure of NPR 1.530 trillion. Finance Minister pun presented this revised estimate while unveiling the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2081/82 in the joint session of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday.
According to Minister pun , the revised expenditure estimate includes NPR 1.067 trillion for recurrent expenses, NPR 215.3 billion for capital expenditure, and NPR 247.55 billion for financial management.
The sources for this allocation are projected to be NPR 1.253 trillion from revenue, NPR 34.34 billion from grants, NPR 145.44 billion from external loans, and NPR 240 billion from internal loans.
Minister pun highlighted that the upcoming fiscal year's budget aims to address the country's economic needs and development priorities. It emphasizes sectors such as education, health, infrastructure development, and agriculture, which are expected to contribute significantly to the overall development of the country.
The revised budget estimate reflects the progress and implementation of the budget in the current fiscal year and is expected to play a crucial role in accelerating economic growth and improving the living standards of the people.
