भन्सार विभागले नेपाल नेशनल सिंगल विन्डो (एनएनएसडब्लु) प्रणालीमार्फत ट्रान्सपोर्ट इन्फर्मेसन भेरिफिकेसन (टीआईभी) घोषणा गर्न सकिने नयाँ व्यवस्था लागू गरेको छ। अब आयात–निर्यात हुने सामानसँग सम्बन्धित ढुवानी विवरण—जस्तै गाडी वा कन्टेनरको जानकारी, सामानको मात्रा, ल्याउने व्यक्ति तथा भन्सार मार्ग—अनलाइनमार्फत दर्ता र प्रमाणीकरण गर्न सकिनेछ। विभागले जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार टीआईभी डिक्लेरेशन पोर्टल सञ्चालनमा ल्याइएको छ र प्रयोगकर्ताले एनएनएसडब्लु पोर्टलबाट नै घोषणा गर्न सक्नेछन्। साथै, शुल्क भुक्तानी म्यानुअल तथा ई–पेमेन्ट दुवै माध्यमबाट गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। क्युआर कोड स्क्यान गरी पनि सेवा प्रयोग गर्न सकिने सुविधा थपिएको छ।
The Department of Customs has introduced a new system allowing Transport Information Verification (TIV) declarations through the Nepal National Single Window (NNSW) system. Under this arrangement, transport-related details of imported and exported goods—such as vehicle or container information, cargo quantity, importer details, and customs route—can now be registered and verified online. According to the department, the TIV declaration portal has been launched, enabling users to submit declarations via the NNSW platform. Payments can be made through both manual and e-payment methods. The system also supports QR code scanning for easier access to the declaration service.
