डाबर हनी न्यून गुणस्तरको भेटियो, बजारबाट फिर्ता गर्न निर्देशनDabur Honey Found Substandard, Ordered to Be Recalled from Market
खाद्य प्रविधि तथा गुण नियन्त्रण विभागले डाबर नेपालद्वारा उत्पादित ‘डाबर हनी’ को एक ब्याच न्यून गुणस्तरको भेटिएको जनाएको छ। नियमित नमुना परीक्षणका क्रममा उत्पादन तोकिएको मापदण्डअनुसार नभएको पाइएपछि विभागले सम्बन्धित ब्याचका सबै उत्पादन बजारबाट तत्काल फिर्ता गर्न निर्देशन दिएको हो।
खाद्य स्वच्छता तथा गुणस्तर ऐन, २०८१ अनुसार बिक्री–वितरण रोक्न कम्पनीलाई आदेश जारी गरिएको विभागले जनाएको छ। साथै, विभागले म्याग्नेसियम ग्लाइसिनेट समावेश भएका खाद्य पदार्थ उत्पादन तथा बिक्री नगर्न पनि चेतावनी दिएको छ। निर्देशन उल्लंघन गरे कानुनी कारबाही गरिने विभागको भनाइ छ।
The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control has stated that a batch of ‘Dabur Honey’ produced by Dabur Nepal was found to be substandard during laboratory testing. Following the findings, the department directed the company to immediately recall all products from the concerned batch and stop further sales and distribution.
According to the department, the action was taken under the Food Hygiene and Quality Act, 2081 after the product failed to meet the prescribed quality standards. The department has also warned all stakeholders not to produce, sell, or distribute food products containing magnesium glycinate, stating that legal action will be taken against anyone violating the directive.
