काठमाडौं— स्टक ब्रोकर कम्पनी ‘दक्षिणकाली इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड सेक्युरिटिज’ (ब्रोकर नम्बर ३३) ले आफ्नो सञ्चालनको १५औं वर्ष प्रवेशको अवसरमा रसुवाका बाढीपीडितलाई १० लाख रुपैयाँ आर्थिक सहयोग गर्नुका साथै बृहत् रक्तदान कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । संस्थागत सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्वअन्तर्गत कम्पनीले बाढीपीडितको राहतका लागि उक्त रकम ‘प्रधानमन्त्री दैवी प्रकोप उद्धार कोष’मा जम्मा गरेको हो ।
बाढीबाट प्रभावित नागरिकलाई थप राहत दिन कम्पनीले विशेष व्यवस्थासमेत ल्याएको छ । जसअनुसार रसुवाको बाढी प्रभावित क्षेत्रका लगानीकर्ताले यस ब्रोकरमार्फत सेयर बिक्री गरेमा सेटलमेन्ट साइकल (राफसाफ अवधि) कुर्नु पर्नेछैन । उनीहरूलाई सेयर बेचेकै दिन तत्कालै रकम भुक्तानी गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
वार्षिकोत्सवकै अवसर पारेर कम्पनीले केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा नेपाल रेडक्रस सोसाइटीको प्राविधिक सहयोगमा रक्तदान कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरेको थियो । उक्त कार्यक्रममा कम्पनीका सञ्चालक, कर्मचारी र लगानीकर्ताको उत्साहजनक सहभागिता थियो । यसैगरी, नयाँ तथा पुराना लगानीकर्तालाई लक्षित गर्दै एकदिने पुँजी बजार साक्षरता कार्यक्रमसमेत सम्पन्न गरिएको छ । कार्यक्रममा सेयर बजारका अवसर, चुनौती, वित्तीय विवरणको विश्लेषण र पोर्टफोलियो व्यवस्थापनबारे तालिम दिइएको थियो ।
यसैबीच, कम्पनीमा निरन्तर १० वर्ष सेवा गर्ने कर्मचारीलाई विशेष सम्मान गरिएको छ । काठमाडौंको कमलादीमा केन्द्रीय कार्यालय रहेको दक्षिणकालीले रूपन्देहीको बुटवल र चितवनको टाँडी शाखाबाट समेत धितोपत्र खरिदबिक्री तथा डिम्याट (डीपी) सेवा दिँदै आएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Marking its 15th anniversary, stock broker company 'Dakshinkali Investment and Securities' (Broker No. 33) has provided financial assistance of Rs 1 million to the flood victims of Rasuwa and organized a massive blood donation program. Under its corporate social responsibility, the company deposited the amount into the 'Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund'.
To provide further relief to the affected citizens, the company has introduced a special provision. Investors from the flood-affected areas of Rasuwa who sell their shares through this broker will no longer have to wait for the standard settlement cycle. The company stated that they will receive their payments immediately.
On the occasion of the anniversary, a blood donation program was organized at the central office with technical support from the Nepal Red Cross Society. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the company's directors, employees, and investors. Similarly, a one-day capital market literacy program was conducted targeting new and existing investors. The training covered stock market opportunities, challenges, financial statement analysis, and portfolio management.
Meanwhile, employees who have continuously served the company for 10 years were specially honored during the event. With its central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Dakshinkali has been providing reliable securities trading and Demat (DP) services, operating additional branches in Butwal (Rupandehi) and Tandi (Chitwan).
