डिप्रोक्स लघुवित्त : १५% लाभांश प्रस्तावDeprosc Laghubitta Proposes 15% Dividend for FY 2081/82
डिप्रोक्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (DDBL) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि १५ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। कम्पनीका अनुसार कुल लाभांश रकम करिब २८ करोड २ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबर हुनेछ।
मंसिर २५ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको ३८५औँ बैठकले चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ८६ करोड रुपैयाँमा आधारित भएर १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो। उक्त अनुसार बोनस सेयरको मूल्य करिब १८ करोड ६८ लाख रुपैयाँ र नगद लाभांश करिब ९ करोड ३४ लाख रुपैयाँ हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
प्रस्तावित लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति र कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र कार्यान्वयनमा आउनेछ।
डेप्रोक्स लघुवित्तको सेयर मूल्य आइतबारको कारोबारमा ८६८ रुपैयाँ ३० पैसा मा बन्द भएको थियो।
Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, amounting to a total of Rs. 28.02 crores.
The proposal was endorsed by the company’s 385th board meeting held on Mangsir 25. Based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.86 Arba, the company has proposed 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (allocated for tax purposes). As per the breakdown, the bonus shares are valued at approximately Rs. 18.68 crores, while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 9.34 crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
DDBL’s share price closed at Rs. 868.30 in the previous trading session.
