Dividend Announced by Shikhar Insurance: 6% Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) has announced a dividend to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute a 6 percent bonus share along with 0.3158 percent cash dividend for tax purposes based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Poush 1. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
