दोर्दी खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनी लिमिटेडले अवितरित हकप्रद सेयरहरू लिलामीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले कुल १९ लाख ४६ हजार ६७६ कित्ता सेयर लिलामीमार्फत सर्वसाधारणलाई खरिद गर्न खुला गरेको हो।
यसअन्तर्गत संस्थापक समूहका लागि १२ लाख ८५ हजार ४१ कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण समूहका लागि १ लाख ३५ हजार ९५६ कित्ता सेयर असार ७ गतेसम्म लकइनमा रहनेछन्। यसबाहेक ४ लाख ९५ हजार ६७९ कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारण समूहकै भए पनि ती सेयर लकइनमा पर्दैनन्।
सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले आज जेठ ११ गतेदेखि १९ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इच्छुक व्यक्तिले न्यूनतम १०० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम सबै सेयरका लागि आवेदन दिन पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
यस लिलामीको बिक्री प्रबन्धक सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। सेयर लिलामीमार्फत कम्पनीले पुँजी संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छ, जसले कम्पनीको आगामी जलविद्युत् परियोजना तथा सञ्चालनमा टेवा पुर्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।

Dordi Khola Jalbidhyut Company Limited has announced the auction of 1,946,676 units of unsold rights shares, allowing the general public to purchase them through bidding.
Out of the total, 1,285,041 units belong to the promoter group and 135,956 units to the general public group, which will remain under lock-in until Ashar 7. Additionally, there are 495,679 units also allocated to the general public, but these are not under any lock-in restriction.
Interested investors can apply for the shares from Jestha 11 to Jestha 19. Applications can be submitted for a minimum of 100 units and up to the entire available quantity, depending on investor interest.
Sanima Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The company aims to raise capital through this process, which is expected to support its operational and project development activities in the hydropower sector.
