काठमाडौं — दोर्दी खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनी लिमिटेडले वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजीएम) आगामी पुस २१ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ ।
कम्पनीले साधारण सभाका लागि बुक क्लोजर मिति पुस ७ गते तोकेको छ । सो मितिभन्दा अघिसम्म सेयर नामसारी भएका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन् ।
साधारण सभामा कम्पनीको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन पारित, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, वित्तीय विवरण तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण अनुमोदन, साथै आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने एजेन्डा समावेश गरिएको छ ।
यसका साथै, कम्पनीको अधिकृत तथा जारी पुँजी वृद्धि गर्न हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि साधारण सभामा पेश गरिनेछ । उक्त प्रस्ताव पारित भएमा नियामक निकायको स्वीकृति पश्चात हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21, 2082.
The company has fixed Poush 7 as the book closure date. Accordingly, only shareholders who maintain their shareholding before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM.
According to the company, the AGM will consider and approve the annual report, the auditor’s report for fiscal year 2081/82, including the profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow statement. The meeting will also appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determine the auditor’s remuneration.
Among the key agenda items, the company has proposed issuing rights shares as part of a plan to increase its authorized and issued capital. If approved by the AGM and relevant regulatory authorities, the rights issue process will move forward.
