Emerging Nepal Limited Announces Cash Dividend

Kathmandu — Emerging Nepal Limited has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders.

The decision was taken at a board of directors’ meeting held on Mangsir 28, where the company proposed distributing a 5.26 percent cash dividend, including tax, from its profits of fiscal year 2081/82 based on the current paid-up capital.

According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed to investors after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
