Extension of Application Deadline for Nagdi Group Power Limited’s Rights Offering

The deadline for applying for Nagdi Group Power Limited’s rights offering has been extended. Investors can now submit their applications until January 29. The original deadline was set to expire today.

The company has issued 1,851,279,792.25 shares at a nominal value of Rs. 100, with a total paid-up capital of Rs. 1.85 billion. The company had closed the books on December 18, and shareholders as of December 17 were eligible to apply for the rights offering.
