सङ्घीय संसद्का दुवै सदनको बैठक आज, सभामुख चयन र वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन पेश हुँदैFederal Parliament Sessions Convene Today; Speaker Confirmation and Annual Report on Agenda
काठमाडौं । सङ्घीय संसद् अन्तर्गतका दुवै सदनको बैठक आज बस्दैछ। सिंहदरबारस्थित निर्माणाधीन संसद् भवनको बहुउद्देश्यीय हलमा बिहान ११ बजे प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठक बोलाइएको छ।आजको प्रतिनिधिसभा बैठकमा सभामुख पदमा ‘डोलप्रसाद अर्याल लाई निर्वाचित गरियोस्’ भन्ने प्रस्ताव निर्णयार्थ प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यसूची रहेको छ। अर्याल यसअघि नै राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा)का तर्फबाट सभामुख पदमा निर्विरोध निर्वाचित भइसकेका छन्। उनको उम्मेदवारी प्रस्तावकमा पार्टी सभापति रवि लामिछाने रहेका थिए भने समर्थनमा सांसद स्वर्णिम वाग्ले, सोविता गौतम र सुनिल लम्साल रहेका छन्।यसैबीच, राष्ट्रियसभाको बैठक अपराह्न १२ः१५ बजे बस्ने तय गरिएको छ। बैठकमा सभाध्यक्षले विषयगत समितिका सदस्यहरूको नाम मनोनयन तथा हेरफेर गर्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको छ। साथै, अध्यक्ष तथा उपाध्यक्षको अनुपस्थितिमा बैठक सञ्चालन गर्ने सदस्यहरूको पनि नाम तोकिनेछ।कार्यसूचीअनुसार आजको बैठकमा प्रधानमन्त्री वालेन्द्र शाह ले महिला आयोगको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको सङ्घीय संसद् सचिवालयले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — Federal Parliament of Nepal is holding meetings of both houses today at the under-construction parliament building in Singha Durbar.The House of Representatives meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM, where a proposal to confirm Dol Prasad Aryal as Speaker will be presented for decision. Aryal, vice-chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has already been elected unopposed to the position. His nomination was proposed by party chair Rabi Lamichhane and supported by lawmakers Swarnim Wagle, Sobita Gautam, and Sunil Lamsal.Meanwhile, the National Assembly is set to meet at 12:15 PM. During the session, the chairperson will nominate and reshuffle members of various subject committees. The meeting will also designate members to preside over sessions in the absence of the chairperson and vice-chairperson.According to the agenda, Prime Minister Balen Shah is scheduled to present the annual report of the National Women Commission for the fiscal year 2081/82, as informed by the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
