काठमाडौं – सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले असार २३ गतेदेखि लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा ल्याएको बाँकी हकप्रद शेयर खरिद गर्न आज (असार ३० गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ।

यसअघि कम्पनीले वैशाख ३० देखि असार ३ गतेसम्म १ः०.२७ को अनुपातमा १० करोड ६९ लाख ६३२० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँको दरमा निष्कासन गरेको थियो। वैशाख ४ गतेसम्म शेयर कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरुले मात्र आवेदन दिन पाएका थिए। उक्त हकप्रद शेयरको बाँडफाँट असार १२ गते सम्पन्न भइसकेको छ।

बाँडफाँटमा नरपरेको २ लाख २४ हजार ७२८ कित्ता शेयरलाई कम्पनीले लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो। जसमा संस्थापक समूहका ८० हजार २२२ कित्ता (लकइनमा रहेका) र सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फ १ लाख ४४ हजार ५०६ कित्ता रहेका छन्, जसमा ४ हजार ४९ कित्ता शेयर पनि लकइनमा पर्ने छन्।

लिलामीमा सहभागी हुन चाहने लगानीकर्ताले आजभित्र अनिवार्य रूपमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ ।

Kathmandu – Today (30th Ashar) is the final day to apply for the unsold rights shares of San Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited that were brought for sale through auction starting from 23rd Ashar.

Earlier, the company had issued 10,696,320 units of rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.27 at a face value of NPR 100 per share between 30th Baisakh to 3rd Ashar. Only those shareholders who held shares until 4th Baisakh were eligible to apply. The allotment of those rights shares was completed on 12th Ashar.

Out of the total issued rights, 224,728 units remained unsubscribed and are now being sold via auction. Of these, 80,222 shares belong to the promoter group (which are under a lock-in period), while 144,506 shares fall under the public category, including 4,049 shares also under a lock-in restriction.

Interested investors must place their bids by the end of today.
