सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावरको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिनFinal Day to Apply for Super Khudi Hydropower’s IPO Today
Super Khudi Hydropower Limited को सर्वसाधारणतर्फ निष्कासन गरिएको प्राथमिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिने आज फागुन ११ गते अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले फागुन ५ गतेदेखि प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा १२ लाख ८६ हजार ५०० कित्ता साधारण सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। आईपीओको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकमा Global IME Capital Limited रहेको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले Securities Board of Nepal बाट अनुमति प्राप्त आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था तथा मेरोसेयर प्रणालीमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीलाई CARE Ratings Nepal ले “केयरएनपी डबल बी” इश्युअर रेटिङ प्रदान गरेको छ। यस रेटिङले कम्पनीको वित्तीय दायित्व वहन गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ।
२१ गुणाभन्दा बढी आवेदन
CDSC को तथ्यांकअनुसार आइतबार बेलुकासम्म २४ लाख ६२ हजार ११५ जना आवेदकबाट २ अर्ब ७४ करोड ५६ लाख ८७ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको २ करोड ७४ लाख ५६ हजार ८७० कित्ताका लागि आवेदन परेको छ। यो संख्या निष्काशित सेयर संख्याभन्दा २१.३४ गुणा बढी हो।
कम्पनीले यसअघि आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको सेयर निष्कासन गरी बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड ले पुस ६ गते कम्पनीलाई आईपीओ निष्कासनको अनुमति दिएको थियो।
कम्पनीले लमजुङ जिल्लामा २६ मेगावाट क्षमताको ‘अपर खुदी’ जलविद्युत आयोजना निर्माण गरिरहेको छ। आयोजनाको भौतिक प्रगति हालसम्म ८३.३० प्रतिशत पुगेको जनाइएको छ। कम्पनीका अध्यक्ष चेतन प्रधान रहेका छन् भने सञ्चालकहरूमा गणेश कार्की, बटु लामिछाने, निभिता प्रधान तथा स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक दलबहादुर विष्ट रहेका छन्।
कम्पनीका अनुसार आईपीओबाट संकलन हुने रकम आयोजना निर्माण सम्पन्न गर्न, वित्तीय संरचना सुदृढ बनाउन तथा दीर्घकालीन ऊर्जा उत्पादन विस्तारमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has today, Falgun 11, marked the final day for investors to apply for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. The company had opened the issue from Falgun 5, offering 1,286,500 ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
Investors are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Global IME Capital Limited. Applications can be submitted through ASBA member banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as through the Meroshare online system.
The company has received an issuer rating of “CARE-NP BB” from CARE Ratings Nepal. This rating indicates a moderate level of risk in the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
IPO Oversubscribed by More Than 21 Times
According to data from CDSC, as of Sunday evening, applications had been received from 2,462,115 investors for 27,456,870 shares worth approximately NPR 2.74 billion. This represents an oversubscription of about 21.34 times compared to the number of shares offered.
Earlier, the company had already issued and allocated shares reserved for project-affected local residents and Nepali citizens working abroad. The company received approval for the IPO issuance from the Securities Board of Nepal on Poush 6.
Super Khudi Hydropower is currently developing the 26-megawatt “Upper Khudi” Hydropower Project in Lamjung district. According to the company, physical progress of the project has reached 83.30 percent so far.
The company is chaired by Chetan Pradhan, while its board members include Ganesh Karki, Batu Lamichhane, Nibhita Pradhan, and independent director Dal Bahadur Bista.
According to the company, the funds raised through the IPO will be utilized to complete the hydropower project, strengthen its financial structure, and support long-term renewable energy generation in Nepal.
