गृहमन्त्री रमेश लेखकले वित्तीय अपराधलाई थप विशिष्टीकृत रूपमा अनुसन्धान गर्न 'वित्तीय अनुसन्धान ब्यूरो' गठन गर्ने घोषणा गरेका छन्। सिंहदरबारस्थित गृह मन्त्रालयमा आयोजित पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा गृहमन्त्री लेखकले पछिल्ला दिनमा वित्तीय अपराधको वृद्धि भएकोले यसको नियन्त्रणका लागि छुट्टै ब्यूरो आवश्यक रहेको बताए।

वित्तीय अपराध बढ्दो क्रममा रहेकाले छुट्टै 'वित्तीय अनुसन्धान ब्यूरो' गठन गरिने। यसले वित्तीय अपराध अनुसन्धानलाई थप विशिष्टीकृत बनाउन मद्दत गर्नेछ।
प्रहरी ऐन र सशस्त्र प्रहरी बल ऐनमा सुधार:
प्रहरी ऐनको विधेयकलाई मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकबाट निर्णय गराएर संसदमा दर्ता गरिने।
सशस्त्र प्रहरी बलको ऐनलाई टुंग्याएर मन्त्रिपरिषद्मा पठाइने योजना।
पुराना प्रहरी कानूनहरूलाई सुधार गरी अन्तिम मस्यौदालाई मन्त्रिपरिषद्मा पठाउने तयारी भइरहेको।
सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश र भ्याकेट निवेदन:
केही प्रहरी अधिकृतहरूले सर्वोच्च अदालतमा निवेदन दिएपछि सर्वोच्च अदालतले दिएको अन्तरिम आदेश सैद्धान्तिक रूपमा मेल नखाने भन्दै भ्याकेट निवेदन दिएको जानकारी।
सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश सबैका लागि मान्य रहेको र नियमावलीमा भएको व्यवस्था ऐनमा व्यवस्था गर्न आदेश दिएको कुरा स्मरण गराइयो।
गृहमन्त्री लेखकले देशमा वित्तीय अपराधको नियन्त्रण र सुधारका लागि सरकारको प्रतिबद्धता दोहोर्याएका छन् र सम्बद्ध कानूनी संरचनालाई अद्यावधिक गर्ने योजनामा सरकार सक्रिय रहेको बताए।

Reforms in Police Act and Armed Police Force Act:
The Police Act bill will be finalized in a Cabinet meeting and registered in Parliament.
Plans to finalize the Armed Police Force Act and send it to the Cabinet.
Efforts are underway to revise old police laws and send the final draft to the Cabinet.
Supreme Court Order and Writ Petition:
Some police officers filed a petition in the Supreme Court, leading to an interim order which, according to the ministry, does not align with principles; therefore, a vacate petition has been submitted.
It was emphasized that the Supreme Court's orders are binding on everyone and that it directed to align the provisions in the rules with those in the law.
Home Minister Lekhak reiterated the government's commitment to controlling and improving financial crimes in the country and stated that the government is actively working to update the relevant legal frameworks.
