यस कम्पनीको मिति २०८३ साल असोज २५ गते आइतबार बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयअनुसार, कम्पनीको मिति २०८३ साल असोज ३० गते शुक्रबारका दिन आयोजना हुने गरी आह्वान गरिएको वार्षिक साधारण सभा अर्को सूचना जारी नभएसम्मका लागि स्थगित गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरू तथा सरोकारवालाहरूको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
सभाको आगामी मिति, समय र स्थान सम्बन्धमा अर्को सूचनामार्फत जानकारी गराइने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध छ।

Notice Regarding Postponement of Annual General Meeting
As per the decision of the Board of Directors' meeting held on Sunday, Ashwin २५, २०८३, this notice is published for the information of all respected shareholders and stakeholders that the Annual General Meeting, which was called to be held on Friday, Ashwin ३०, २०८३, has been postponed until further notice.
It is also informed that the upcoming date, time, and venue of the meeting will be made known through another notice.
