गरिमा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेका कुल २,१२,८३४.६५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने निर्णय गरेका छन्। यसअघि प्रकाशित ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचनापछि तोकिएको समयमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आंशिक मात्र खरिदको निवेदन दिएका कारण बाँकी रहेका शेयर अब साधारण जनता तथा विभिन्न संस्थाहरूमाझ बिक्री गर्न लागिएको हो।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८१ अनुसार अब इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिदेखि १५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी लाजिम्पाटस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन दिनुपर्ने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
यस सम्बन्धमा थप जानकारीका लागि बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौंमा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिने बैंकले आग्रह गरेको छ।
Some promoter shareholders of Garima Bikas Bank Limited have decided to sell a total of 212,834.65 promoter shares. Earlier, a 35-day public notice was issued giving first priority to the existing promoter shareholders as per Nepal Rastra Bank’s Unified Directive No. 10/2081. However, since only partial applications were received within the deadline, the remaining shares will now be opened for sale to the general public and institutions.
As per the directive, interested individuals or institutions (other than existing promoters) must submit applications along with the required documents to the bank’s central office at Lazimpat, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of this notice, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase.
