- २०६९/२०७० मा GDP वृद्धि दर ३.८०% थियो भने नेप्से सूचकांक ५१८.३३ थियो।
- २०७०/२०७१ मा GDP वृद्धि दर ५.७०% पुग्यो र नेप्से सूचकांक १,०३६.११ भयो।
- २०७३/२०७४ मा GDP वृद्धि दर ७.५०% पुग्यो, जुन सबैभन्दा उच्च वृद्धि दर थियो, र नेप्से सूचकांक १,५८२.७० मा पुगेको थियो।
- २०७६/२०७७ मा GDP वृद्धि दर २.३०% मा घटेको देखिन्छ भने नेप्से सूचकांक १,३६२.३४ थियो।

नेपालको GDP वृद्धि दर र नेप्से सूचकांकबीच प्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्ध देखिन्छ। उच्च GDP वृद्धि दर हुँदा नेप्से सूचकांकमा पनि वृद्धि भएको छ भने आर्थिक मन्दीको समयमा दुबै घटेका छन्। भविष्यमा आर्थिक वृद्धि दर सुधार गर्न ध्यान दिनुपर्ने देखिन्छ, जसले नेप्से सूचकांकलाई पनि सकारात्मक रूपमा प्रभावित गर्नेछ।

- 2069/2070: GDP growth rate was 3.80%, and the NEPSE index was 518.33.
- 2070/2071: GDP growth rate increased to 5.70%, and the NEPSE index reached 1,036.11.
- 2073/2074: The highest GDP growth rate of 7.50% was recorded, with the NEPSE index at 1,582.70.
- 2076/2077: GDP growth rate dropped to 2.30%, and the NEPSE index was 1,362.34.
