ग्लोबल हाइड्रोपावर एसोसिएट लिमिटेडले ६५ लाख २० हजार कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर विक्री गर्ने भएको छ। असार २१ गते सम्पन्न विशेष साधारण सभाले कम्पनीको चुक्तापूँजी २ अर्ब ९१ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँ पुर्याउने निर्णय गरेपछि उक्त शेयर विक्रीको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको हो।
कम्पनीले जगेडामा रहेका शेयर साबिकको शेयर अनुपातमा विक्री गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफूले माग गरेको शेयर वापतको रकम शतप्रतिशत भुक्तानी गरी आगामी ३० दिनभित्र कम्पनीको खातामा जम्मा गर्नुपर्नेछ। साथै, जम्मा गरेको रकमको भौचरको प्रतिलिपि कम्पनीमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
यदि उक्त शेयर संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट पूर्ण रूपमा विक्री नभएमा बाँकी शेयर जफत गरी कम्पनीमा ल्याई सञ्चालक समितिले उपयुक्त लगानीकर्तालाई विक्री गरिने कम्पनीले जानकारी गराएको छ।
Global Hydropower Associate Limited has announced the sale of 6.52 million promoter shares. This decision follows the resolution passed during the company’s special general meeting held on Asar 21, which approved increasing the company’s paid-up capital to NPR 2.91 billion.
The company has decided to sell these shares proportionally to the existing shares held by the promoters. Interested promoter shareholders must deposit 100% of the payable amount for the requested shares into the company’s account within 30 days. Additionally, a copy of the payment voucher must be submitted along with the application to the company.
If the promoter shares are not fully subscribed, the remaining shares will be forfeited and brought back to the company. The board of directors will then sell these shares to suitable investors deemed appropriate, as stated by the company.
