ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकको १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा कार्तिक २६ गते हुनेGlobal IME Bank Announces 19th Annual General Meeting on Kartik 26, Publishes Financial Highlights for FY 2081/82
ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) आगामी २०८२ साल कार्तिक २६ गते (नोभेम्बर ११, २०२५) का दिन आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
बैंकले यससँगै आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वित्तीय विवरण तथा प्रमुख वित्तीय अङ्कहरू पनि सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।
साधारण सभा काठमाडौंको त्रिपुरेश्वरस्थित नेपाल प्रज्ञा-प्रतिष्ठानमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
साधारण सभाको एजेन्डामा निम्न विषयहरू रहेका छन्:
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को अडिट प्रतिवेदन, बैलान्स शीट, नाफा-नोक्सान हिसाब र नगद प्रवाह विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी अनुमोदन गर्ने।
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को मुनाफाबाट लाभांश वितरण सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत गर्ने।
आवश्यक भए नयाँ सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने तथा अन्य सामान्य प्रस्तावहरूमा छलफल गर्ने।
बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन अनुसार, ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ मा उल्लेखनीय जम्मा सम्पत्ति वृद्धि, निक्षेप र कर्जा प्रवाहमा वृद्धि, र नाफा सुधार हासिल गरेको छ।
साधारण सभा नजिकिँदै गर्दा बैंकले शेयरधनीहरूलाई आफ्नो नामावली कार्तिक १२ गतेसम्म (Book Closure Date) भित्र अद्यावधिक गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ।
यस सभामा वित्तीय पारदर्शिता, विस्तार योजना, र डिजिटल बैंकिङ सुधारका विषयमा पनि छलफल हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Global IME Bank Limited has announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Kartik 26, 2082 (November 11, 2025). Along with the announcement, the bank has also published its audited financial statements and key financial highlights for the fiscal year 2081/82.
According to the notice, the AGM will take place at the Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of the audited financial report of FY 2081/82, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement.
Approval of dividend distribution from the profit of FY 2081/82.
Appointment or reappointment of directors (if necessary) and discussion on other general proposals.
As per the financial highlights, Global IME Bank achieved significant growth in total assets, deposits, loans, and profitability during FY 2081/82.
The bank has also notified shareholders to update their share records by Kartik 12, 2082, which has been fixed as the book closure date for the AGM and dividend purposes.
The AGM is expected to focus on financial transparency, expansion strategies, and advancements in digital banking services as key discussion points.
