ग्लोबल आईएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई २० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको भदौ १० गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको २० प्रतिशत बराबर अर्थात् करसहित ९ करोड ८७ लाख ८३ हजार रुपैयाँ लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले प्रस्तावित लाभांश पारित गर्न असोज १ गते वार्षिक साधारणसभा बोलाएको छ। सभा काठमाडौंको लाजिम्पाटस्थित होटल ले हिमालयनमा दिउँसो ४:३० बजे बस्नेछ।
सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्षको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन, असार मसान्तसम्मको नाफानोक्सान हिसाब, नगद प्रवाह विवरणलगायतका वित्तीय विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी पारित गरिनेछ। साथै चालू आवका लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने, उनको पारिश्रमिक तोक्ने र स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकका नियुक्तिलाई अनुमोदन गर्ने एजेन्डा रहनेछ।
Global IME Capital Limited has announced a 20% cash dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year. A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Bhadra 10 decided to distribute NPR 98.78 million (including tax) in cash dividends, equivalent to 20% of the current paid-up capital.
To approve the proposed dividend, the company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashoj 1 at Hotel Le Himalayan, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 PM.
The AGM will also discuss and endorse the annual report of the last fiscal year, the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement up to Ashad-end. In addition, the meeting will appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year, fix their remuneration, and approve the appointment of independent directors to the board.
