ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १८औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा आगामी २०८२ साल असोज १ गते (सेप्टेम्बर १७, २०२५, बुधवार) गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार सभा काठमाडौंको होटल हिमालयमा आयोजना हुने भएको हो।
सभामा आन्तरिक लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने, सञ्चालक समितिको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन, नाफा-नोक्सान विवरण र २०८१/८२ आर्थिक वर्षको वित्तीय विवरण पारित गर्ने लगायतका एजेन्डामाथि छलफल हुने जनाइएको छ। साथै, आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गरी पारिश्रमिक तोक्ने प्रस्ताव पनि प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ।
यसैगरी, सभा अन्तर्गत विशेष प्रस्तावमार्फत कम्पनीको प्राधिकृत पूँजी ५० करोड रुपैयाँबाट बढाएर १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुर्याउने तथा चुक्ता पूँजी २० करोड रुपैयाँबाट बढाएर ५० करोड रुपैयाँ पुर्याउने प्रस्ताव पनि पेश गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले शेयरधनीहरूलाई सभामा उपस्थित भई आफ्ना विचार राख्न अनुरोध गरेको छ।
Global IME Capital Limited has announced that its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 1, 2082 (September 17, 2025, Wednesday). According to the company’s Board of Directors’ decision, the AGM will take place at Hotel Himalaya, Kathmandu.
The agenda of the meeting includes the appointment of an internal auditor, approval of the Board of Directors’ annual report, auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, and the financial statements of FY 2081/82. In addition, the meeting will appoint an auditor for FY 2082/83 and finalize the remuneration.
A special resolution will also be presented at the AGM, proposing to increase the company’s authorized capital from Rs. 500 million to Rs. 1 billion and its paid-up capital from Rs. 200 million to Rs. 500 million.
The company has invited all shareholders to attend the AGM and provide their input on the proposed agendas.
