On Tuesday, August 12, the prices of gold and silver in the Nepali market declined. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold dropped by NPR 1,300 per tola, trading at NPR 196,800. On the previous day, Monday, it was traded at NPR 198,100 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver fell by NPR 10 per tola, reaching NPR 2,305 on Tuesday. On Monday, silver was traded at NPR 2,315 per tola. The drop in both gold and silver prices is attributed to recent fluctuations in the international market.
साउन २७ गते, मंगलबार, नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार, मंगलबार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला १,३०० रुपैयाँले घटेर १ लाख ९६ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। अघिल्लो दिन अर्थात सोमबार सुन प्रतितोला १ लाख ९८ हजार १०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो।
यस्तै, मंगलबार चाँदीको मूल्य तोलामा १० रुपैयाँले घटेर २ हजार ३०५ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। सोमबार चाँदीको मूल्य प्रतितोला २ हजार ३१५ रुपैयाँ थियो। सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्यमा आएको यस गिरावटलाई पछिल्ला दिनमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारमा देखिएको उतारचढावसँग सम्बन्धित मानिएको छ।
