Gold Price in Nepali Market Sets New Record, Reaches Rs 175,200 Per Tola

The price of gold in the Nepali market has soared to a new record high. On Tuesday, the price of gold surged by Rs 1,100 per tola, marking the highest level to date.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders' Association, hallmarked gold is being traded at Rs 175,200 per tola on Tuesday. In Monday's market, hallmarked gold was traded at Rs 174,100 per tola. Prior to this, the previous record was set on Friday, March 14, when gold reached Rs 174,500 per tola. Tuesday’s surge has surpassed that peak, establishing a new high for gold prices.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also seen a slight increase. On Tuesday, silver rose by Rs 10 per tola and is being traded at Rs 2,050 per tola. In Monday’s market, silver was traded at Rs 2,040 per tola.
This sharp rise in gold prices has sparked discussions in the market and drawn the attention of investors and consumers alike.
