Gold Prices Fall, Silver Hits Record High

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the price of gold in the Nepali market dropped to NPR 215,100 per tola. Compared to last Friday, the price has declined by NPR 700 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold was traded at NPR 215,800 per tola on Friday, which marked the highest price recorded so far.
Meanwhile, silver continued its upward momentum, reaching a record high of NPR 2,570 per tola on Sunday. This represents an increase of NPR 5 compared to Friday’s market rate of NPR 2,565 per tola, making silver hit its all-time peak.
