सरकारले ठूलो पुँजी भएका कम्पनीलाई धितोपत्र बजारमा सूचीकरण हुन अनिवार्य व्यवस्था गर्ने भएको छ। अर्थमन्त्री वर्षमान पुनले आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि प्रस्तुत गर्दै यस्तो बताएका हुन्।

यसका साथै, वस्तु विनिमय बजारको सञ्चालन गर्न कानूनी र संस्थागत व्यवस्था मिलाइने बताए। यसले बजारको कार्यक्षमता र पारदर्शिता बढाई लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई थप अवसरहरू प्रदान गर्नेछ।
युवाको उद्यमशील सोचलाई व्यवसायमा रूपान्तरण गर्न प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा बिजिनेस इन्क्युवेसन सेण्टर सञ्चालन गरिने बताए। यी केन्द्रहरूले युवा उद्यमीहरूलाई आवश्यक स्रोतहरू, परामर्श, र तालिम प्रदान गरी उनीहरूको व्यवसायिक सफलतामा सहयोग पुर्याउनेछन्।
अर्थमन्त्री पुनले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट प्रवाह हुने कर्जालाई नवप्रवर्तनमा प्रवाह गर्न प्रोत्साहन गरी विभिन्न कोषको रकम प्राइभेट इक्विटी फण्ड र भेञ्चर क्यापिटल फण्डका धितोपत्र एकाइमा लगानी गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइने बताए। यस कदमले नवप्रवर्तनशील व्यापारिक विचारहरूको प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने र नयाँ कम्पनीहरूको वृद्धि र विकासलाई समर्थन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
