सरकारले विकास ऋणपत्रमार्फत ६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउनेGovernment to Raise NPR 6 Billion in Domestic Debt Through Development Bond 2087
सरकारले ६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउने भएको छ। अर्थ मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गतको सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार सरकारले विकास ऋणपत्र २०८७ नामक ऋणपत्रमार्फत बोलकबोल प्रणालीबाट पाँच वर्ष अवधिका लागि उक्त रकम संकलन गर्न लागेको हो। यस ऋणपत्रको बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया फागुन २६ गते सञ्चालन गरिनेछ भने निष्कासन फागुन २७ गते हुनेछ।यस ऋणपत्रमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, गैर–बैंक वित्तीय संस्था, बीमा कम्पनी, संगठित संस्था तथा नेपाली नागरिकहरूले समेत बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। उक्त ऋणपत्रलाई धितो राखेर कर्जा लिन तथा दिन पनि सकिनेछ। सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार ऋणपत्रको ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ। बोलवालाहरूले प्रस्ताव गरेको ब्याजदरलाई सानोदेखि ठूलो क्रमअनुसार मिलाएर बाँडफाँट गरिनेछ र स्वीकृत भएको ब्याजदर तथा सोभन्दा कम दरमा बोलकबोल गर्ने सबैलाई सोही एकल ब्याजदरमा ऋणपत्र उपलब्ध गराइने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
The Government of Nepal is set to raise NPR 6 billion in domestic debt. According to the Public Debt Management Office under the Ministry of Finance, the government plans to issue a development bond through a bidding process to collect the amount for a period of five years. The bond has been named Development Bond 2087.The bidding process for the bond will take place on Falgun 26, while the bond will be officially issued on Falgun 27. Banks and financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, organized institutions, and Nepali citizens are eligible to participate in the bidding process.The bond can also be used as collateral for borrowing and lending. The interest rate of the bond will be determined through the bidding process. According to the office, bids will be arranged from the lowest to the highest interest rate, and allocation will be made accordingly. All bidders who bid at or below the accepted rate will receive the bond at the same single interest rate.
