ग्रीन डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। बैंकले हाल कायम रहेको ५६ करोड ९६ लाख ९८ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा ८.०३९६ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.४२३१४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने घोषणा गरेको हो।
मङ्सिर १० गते बसेको बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले लाभांश वितरण सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको बैंकले जानकारी दिएको छ। प्रस्तावित लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट स्वीकृत भएपछि र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले अनुमोदन गरेपछि मात्रै शेयरधनीहरूले प्राप्त गर्नेछन्।
बैंकले यसअघि पनि स्थिर रूपमा लाभांश वितरण गर्दै आएको छ, र यस वर्ष पनि बोनस सेयरमार्फत चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने रणनीति अपनाएको देखिन्छ।
Green Development Bank has announced dividends for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The bank has proposed to distribute 8.0396% bonus shares and 0.42314% cash dividends (for tax purposes) based on its existing paid-up capital of Rs. 56 crore 96 lakh 98 thousand 500.
The decision to distribute the dividend was approved by the bank’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on Mangsir 10.
According to the bank, the proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Green Development Bank has been consistently distributing dividends in recent years, and the current proposal reflects the bank’s continued strategy of strengthening its capital base through bonus share issuance.
