ग्रीन भेन्चर्सले कालीगण्डकी गर्जको ५१% शेयर किन्योGreen Ventures Buys 51% Stake in Kaligandaki Gorge
ग्रीन भेन्चर्स कम्पनी (GVL) ले कालीगण्डकी गर्ज हाईड्रोपावर कम्पनीको ५१ प्रतिशत संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरेको छ। भदौ १० गते मंगलबार दुई कम्पनीबीच औपचारिक शेयर खरिद सम्झौता भएको हो।
कालीगण्डकी गर्ज हाईड्रोपावरले म्याग्दी र मुस्ताङ जिल्लामा अवस्थित कालीगण्डकी नदीमा १८० मेगावाट क्षमताको अर्धजलाशययुक्त आयोजना विकास तथा निर्माण गरिरहेको छ। आयोजनाले विद्युत उत्पादनको अनुमति पाइसकेको छ।
आयोजनाको अनुमानित लागत करिब ३९ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। यसमा ऋण र स्वपूँजीको अनुपात ७५ः२५ प्रतिशत रहेको छ भने लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको नेतृत्वमा अन्य बैंकहरूले वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन गरिरहेका छन्।
Green Ventures Limited (GVL) has acquired a 51 percent founder share of Kaligandaki Gorge Hydropower Company. The official share purchase agreement between the two companies was signed on Tuesday, Bhadra 10.
Kaligandaki Gorge Hydropower is currently developing and constructing a 180 MW semi-reservoir project on the Kaligandaki River, located in Myagdi and Mustang districts. The project has already received approval for electricity generation.
The estimated cost of the project is NPR 39.50 billion, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 75:25. The financing is being arranged under the leadership of Laxmi Sunrise Bank, along with other participating banks.
