ग्रीनलाइफ हाइड्रोपावरले एकैपटक तीन वार्षिक साधारणसभा गर्दैGreenlife Hydropower to Hold Three AGMs Simultaneously Today
ग्रीनलाइफ हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आज एकैसाथ १३औँ, १४औँ र १५औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा आयोजना गर्दैछ । सभा बिहान ११ बजेदेखि नक्सालस्थित लिसारा रिसेप्सनमा सुरु हुनेछ ।
तीन वर्षदेखि रोकिएको साधारणसभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/७९ देखि २०८०/८१ सम्मका वार्षिक तथा आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन स्वीकृत गरिनेछ । त्यस्तै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारणको प्रस्ताव पनि अनुमोदन हुनेछ ।
विशेष प्रस्तावअन्तर्गत सभाले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने र कम्पनीको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने निर्णय पारित गर्नेछ ।
सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले कात्तिक १२ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको छ । कात्तिक ११ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कायम शेयरधनीहरू मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन् ।
Greenlife Hydropower Limited is set to conduct its 13th, 14th, and 15th Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in a single session today. The meetings will commence at 11 AM at Lisara Reception in Naxal.
After a three-year hiatus, the AGMs will approve the annual and financial reports for fiscal years 2078/79 through 2080/81. The assembly will also endorse the appointment of an auditor for fiscal year 2081/82 and determine their remuneration.
Among special resolutions, shareholders will vote on issuing rights shares in a 1:1 ratio and authorize the board of directors to amend the company’s memorandum and articles of association as needed.
The company had announced a book closure on Kartik 12 (October 28). Only shareholders registered on the NEPSE record as of Kartik 11 (October 27) are eligible to attend the meetings.
