गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीको प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न भएको छ। आइतबार बिहान बिक्री प्रबन्धक कुमारी क्यापिटलको कार्यालयमा आईपीओको बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो।कम्पनीले पुस २१ गतेदेखि २४ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपियाँ अंकित दरका १८ लाख ४५ हजार कित्ता सेयर जारी गरेको थियो। तर, आईपीओमा १९ लाख ८ हजार ३३१ जनाले २ करोड ५२ लाख ७ हजार ६९० कित्ताका लागि आवेदन दिएका थिए। बाँडफाँट प्रक्रियामा १ लाख ८४ हजार ५०० जनाले १०-१० कित्ताका दरले सेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन्। तर, १७ लाख २३ हजार ९३१ जना लगानीकर्ताको हात खाली भएको छ।

The IPO allotment of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Company has been successfully completed. The allotment process took place on Sunday morning at the office of Kumari Capital, the issue manager for the IPO. The company had issued a total of 1,845,000 shares with a face value of NPR 100 each to the general public from January 5 to January 8, 2025. However, the IPO received an overwhelming response, with 1,908,331 applicants submitting bids for a total of 25,207,690 shares.
Following the allotment, 184,500 applicants have received 10 shares each, while the remaining 1,723,931 applicants were left empty-handed.Investors can check the IPO results through the issue manager's website, their Mero Share account, and the CDS and Clearing Limited's IPO result website at https://iporesult.cdsc.com.np/.
