Guardian Micro Life Insurance IPO Listed

On Thursday, Guardian Micro Life Insurance's 7.5 million shares were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The opening range for the first transaction has been set between Rs. 100.34 and Rs. 301.02. The stock symbol is ‘GMLI.’ The company issued 2.25 million shares for the public, including Nepalis working abroad, mutual funds, and employees. Founding shareholders invested in 5.25 million shares. Trading in the secondary market will commence from Sunday.
